Willem Volkersz taught for 18 years at the Kansas City Art Institute, then became Director of the School of Art at Montana State University. Volkersz began "drawing" with neon from 1969 and continues today as an artist active in the medium. The catalog offers a glimpse into his vast body of work and the ideas behind his imagery.
